Hazing Transparency and Max Gruver Report

魅色天堂 is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Hazing undermines these values and can cause serious harm to individuals, organizations, and the campus community.

In accordance with the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act and Georgia’s Max Gruver Act, the University publicly reports hazing violations and institutional responses to promote transparency, accountability, education, and prevention.

This page is updated within 15 days of the final resolution of a hazing-related disciplinary case or criminal conviction. Reports remain publicly available for at least five years from the publication date.

For reporting purposes, hazing is any intentional, knowing, or reckless act connected to joining, affiliating with, or maintaining membership in a student organization that causes or creates a risk of physical or psychological harm. Examples include physical abuse, sleep deprivation, forced consumption of substances, coerced sexual acts, threats of harm, or activities that violate local, state, tribal, or federal law.
